I'm just . . . stunned by this news. The release of the IPCC report of course and its general conclusions/recommendations were widespread. But I really can think of no other word than "stunned" to learn that a political lobbying process successfully altered/removed items from the report that are completely pivotal and central to the issue. And not only that, that this information hasn't been more widely reported.
Yeah. It's really saddening the way everything works. Ultimately it's money and politics behind everything. Even things that start out with good intentions.
